Half washed Ethiopia for aromatics, half washed Colombia for sweetness and structure. Blended for people who love a light roast but want a little more body than a single origin usually gives.

Brewed in a V60 at 94 degrees it opens with honeysuckle and nectarine, then lands on caramel. Four pours, two and a half minutes, and it is done.
