Dockside Decaf Colombia

Decaffeinated in Colombia using the sugarcane ethyl acetate method, which is gentler on the bean than solvent processes and keeps far more of the origin character intact.

Roasted medium for chocolate, red cherry and a clean, nutty finish. We serve it on the bar after four in the afternoon and most people cannot tell it is decaf.

Good as filter, genuinely good as espresso, and the bag our evening regulars take home.
