The Ethiopia Yirgacheffe is the first bag that made me want to weigh my coffee properly. There is a roast date on every label, and it arrives the morning after it ships.
Small-batch specialty coffee
Roasted by the harbour, fresh to your door
Small lots, tasted all the way through and shipped the morning after the roast.
Our craft
We buy in small lots from growers and importers we know by name, and every arrival is sample-roasted and cupped before it earns a place on the production roaster. Batches go through the drum to order across the week, with the profile logged each time. The bag you open should taste like the one before it.

Reviews
Trusted by people who take coffee seriously
Subscribers, cafes and offices who drink what we roast, in their own words.
We pour Harbor across all three of our cafes. The house espresso has not drifted in two years, the sourcing is honest, and the team actually answers the phone when a delivery is late.
Consistent across all three of our cafes
I came in for a bag and left with a brewing lesson at the counter. The pour-over guide on the site is what finally fixed my grind size — my mornings are unrecognisable.
