Seventy per cent natural Brazil for body and sweetness, thirty per cent washed Colombia for the fruit that cuts through milk. We blend after roasting so each component gets the development it needs.

Dialled in at 18 grams in, 36 out, in 28 seconds, it pours toffee, plum and cocoa with a lasting crema. In a flat white the plum reads as blackcurrant jam.

This is the espresso in every cafe that serves Harbor Coffee Roasters, and the blend we have adjusted and re-adjusted since our first roast.
