Roaster’s Reserve Microlot

Peaberry beans are the single round seed that forms when only one of the two halves of the cherry develops. They roast differently and, in this Nyeri lot, taste remarkably clear.

We roast it lightest of all our coffees and rest it five days before release: rhubarb, hibiscus and cane sugar, with a crisp, almost sparkling finish.

One roast a month, a few dozen bags each time. If it is in stock, it is fresh.
